Do I have to buy a photo package?
No, You'll review your photos immediately after your session and purchase only the images you love. There is absolutely no obligation to buy.
What if my dog doesn't sit still?
No worries!
We specialize in photographing dogs of all personalities—from energetic puppies to shy seniors. Patience, treats, and plenty of encouragement help us capture beautiful expressions naturally.
Can I be in a few photos with my dog?
Absolutely! You're welcome to join your pet for a few portraits at no additional charge.
What is the $19 booking deposit?
Your $19 booking deposit reserves your appointment time and is 100% credited toward any photo package you purchase.
If you decide not to purchase any images after viewing your gallery, your deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your session.
How long is each session?
Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes, giving us plenty of time to capture beautiful portraits and review your images instantly while keeping the experience fun and relaxed for your pet.
Can I bring more than one dog?
Yes! Up to two dogs are allowed per session. You'll receive individual portraits of each pet as well as group photos. Please let us know during booking so we can allocate enough time.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing:
-Your dog's favorite treats
-A favorite toy or squeaker
-A leash
-Any special accessories you'd like in the photos (bandanas, bow ties, birthday hats, etc.)
What background colors are available?
We offer twelve (12) professional studio color backdrops for you to choose from, including classic black, white, gray, blue, red, yellow, pink, etc...
When will I see my photos?
Immediately!
Right after your session, you'll view your gallery and choose your favorite portraits before leaving.
When will I receive my edited images?
Your professionally edited digital images will be delivered by email within 7-10 business days.
What happens if it rains?
Since the photography takes place inside our climate-controlled mobile studio, the event can continue rain or shine.
Are appointments required?
Yes.
This is a reservation-only event with limited appointment times, and walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.
Can I reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you based on future event availability.
Is the studio air-conditioned?
Yes!
Our mobile studio is fully climate-controlled, keeping both pets and owners comfortable throughout the session.
