A booking is not considered confirmed until any required deposit, reservation fee, or other booking requirement has been completed and confirmation has been issued.

DogExpression LLC may reschedule appointments when reasonably necessary due to weather, safety, illness, mechanical issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Photography Sessions

Clients are responsible for supervising their pets and ensuring that the photography environment is reasonably safe.

DogExpression LLC may stop, modify, postpone, or cancel a session if an animal, person, location, or condition presents a safety concern.

Although DogExpression LLC uses patience, treats, toys, sounds, and professional techniques to encourage good expressions and cooperation, no specific pose, expression, image, or photographic result can be guaranteed.


Image Selection and Delivery

The number of final images, editing level, delivery method, and turnaround time depend on the collection or service purchased.

RAW or unedited files are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

Final edited images may be delivered electronically through an online gallery, download link, mobile gallery, or similar method.


Personal Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchased digital photographs are licensed for personal use, including:

  • Personal printing
  • Personal display
  • Sharing with friends and family
  • Personal social media use

Commercial use, resale, publication, advertising, competition entry, or third-party business use may require separate written authorization.


Copyright

DogExpression LLC retains copyright in the photographs unless copyright is expressly transferred in writing.

Purchasing digital images does not automatically transfer copyright ownership.
